I’m Michelle Nott, the founder of Square Nott Consulting Services, LLC. I help property owners navigate federal leasing and project planning with a structured and intentional approach that keeps every detail moving in the right direction.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Before founding Square Nott, I spent 15 years with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), many of those years managing federal lease projects throughout the Southeast. I was specialized in complex federal law enforcement build-outs, from ground up construction to existing building move-ins. At GSA, I earned Federal Acquisition Institute certifications as both a Contracting Officer’s Representative and a Senior Level Project Manager. 
 
I bring years of experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and federal leasing support. My work centers on helping property owners understand requirements, anticipate risks, and move through complex processes with clarity to see a successful result. I’ve supported teams through planning, documentation, and communication that keeps projects organized and aligned from start to finish.

My approach is grounded in preparation, transparency, and thoughtful planning. I believe that successful projects come from clear communication, organized workflows, and a partner who pays attention to the details. I work closely with clients to simplify complex requirements and create a path forward that feels manageable, intentional, and well‑supported.
